Order Confirmation:
A deposit of 100 EGP is required to confirm your order and ensure commitment. This amount will be deducted from the total order value.
Delivery Attempts:
The shipping company will make up to 3 attempts to contact you (to reschedule delivery or in case your phone is unreachable/switched off). If the courier is unable to reach you after 3 attempts, the order will automatically be returned.
Cancellation & Deposit Terms:
If the order is canceled or not received after placement, the 100 EGP deposit is strictly non-refundable.
